Focusing on the science of teaching reading in grades Pre-k - 3, through multisensory, multimodal approaches by focusing on automaticity accuracy and prosody (prosody in the context of oral reading, connected texts and intonation). Discussing the importance of automaticity in early reading success and what that can mean in achieving grade-level reading success, in the face of Covid-19 learning loss.
